Born and raised in St-Isidore, Quebec, Georges St-Pierre faced bullying as a child growing up. To curb this problem, his father introduced him to Kyokushin Karate at the age of 7 years old where he quickly rose to be a 2nd Dan black belt at the age of 12. After seeing Royce Gracie fight in the UFC 1 in 1993, Georges knew there and then that that was what he wanted to do. What followed was a lifetime of dedicated and devotion, pushing himself to the limits of achieving his goals.
Georges’ most recent professional bout was against Michael Bisping at the Madison Square Garden in New York City. Not only did he win the fight, Georges also became the UFC Middleweight Champion, becoming the fourth fighter in the history of the UFC to be a multi-division champion. He has since been recognized as the planet’s best pound for pound MMA fighter and all rounded athlete.
Georges St-Pierre boasts a total of 26 wins & 2 losses in his profession career. He was also 2 times Welterweight Champion of the World, Middleweight Champion of the World 2017 and 9 consecutive title defense in the UFC.
